Refund policy

EU Right of Withdrawal: If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This withdrawal period is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by initiating a return through your account or by contacting us at customerservice@rwmmint.com before the withdrawal period expires.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise required by applicable law.

 

Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days and has covered everyone since we first opened our online store in 2013 (even our friends in the European Union that now requires us to have and explicitly state that we have at least a 14 day return policy). If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If there is an extenuating circumstance, please email us at customerservice@rwmmint.com, give us the pertinent details, and we'll make a final decision.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
